About Brad G. Jubber
Attorney Jubber founded Vector Tensor IP to bring a different approach to patent
practice — one rooted in genuine technical understanding, not just legal process. With a
Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Juris Doctor, he has the rare combination of
skills needed to truly understand inventions and translate them into strong, enforceable
patents.
Before law school, Attorney Jubber worked as an engineer, giving him firsthand
experience with the innovation process — from concept through design, prototyping, and
production. This background means he doesn't just transcribe what inventors tell him; he
engages with the technology, identifies novel aspects that inventors themselves may
overlook, and drafts patents that capture the full scope of the innovation.
His patent prosecution practice spans a wide range of technologies, including software
and artificial intelligence, mechanical systems, medical devices, consumer electronics,
and manufacturing processes. He works with solo inventors, university technology
transfer offices, startups, and established companies.

Philosophy
"The best patent attorneys don't just know patent law — they understand technology
deeply enough to recognize what makes an invention truly novel. My engineering
background allows me to engage with inventions on a technical level and draft claims
that protect not just what you've built, but the broader innovation behind it."
